Dr Asif Tanveer said that the Faisalabad Agricultural University stood by the voice of the Kashmiri brothers and sisters and stood by the entire nation and the Armed Forces till their right to self-determination was achieved.
He said that awareness of the Kashmir issue among the young generation in educational institutions is the most important need of the hour for which Jamia Zaria is playing its full role.

Principal Public Relations Officer Prof. Dr. Muhammad Jalal Arif said that Kashmir was thrown into the clutches of India under a conspiracy which the international community turned a blind eye to instead of doing justice. That is why now more than 900,000 Indians The army is not only holding 9 million Kashmiris hostage but also depriving them of their basic rights.

Senior Tutor Dr. Abdul Naveed said that the university is allowing all the students from school to higher education departments of the university to play their role in solidarity week on Kashmir issue in which quiz competitions, Includes poster competition, national anthems, poetry and speech competitions.

Associate Senior Tutor Dr. Anwarul Haq, Dr. Asim Aqeel, Dr. Shaukat Ali, Dr. Kashif Iqbal, Dr. Naeema Nawaz, Madam Jawariya Baig, Madam Asma, Madam Azra, Maqbool Rahmani, and others also addressed the function.

In the poster competition, Urooj Fatima of Laboratory Girls High School came first, Areeba Kashf came second and Faiza Imran came third. In the speech competitions, Mohammad Obaid-ur-Rehman Laboratory Boys High School came first in Urdu, Miss Fatima Saeed Laboratory Girls High School came second, Miss Ayesha Laboratory Girls High School, and Mahnoor Azhar Laboratory College Paras came third in Urdu.
